About Shareena Prasad Mortgage Agent

I’m Shareena Prasad, a Senior Mortgage Professional/Broker with Mortgage’s Lab Financial Inc. in the lower mainland of BC. I would like to take this opportunity to share my experiences, background, awards and achievements so that you may learn more about me and how I perceive my career in the banking and lending Industry. I started my banking career in the Fiji Islands 22 years ago. I worked at ANZ Bank for 4 years before I immigrated to beautiful British Columbia (Canada). Shortly after, I began to pursue my career in the Canadian banking industry. In 1995, I became a part of the Laurentian Bank of Canada where I worked for a total of 8 years. My first home was purchased through a Mortgage Broker, and at that moment I realized that being a Mortgage Broker and operating my own business was my true calling. In 2016, I became a registered Mortgage Broker, after gaining extensive experience in the banking, lending and real estate industries for 18 years with major credit unions and chartered banks such as: Surrey Metro Savings (now Coast Capital Savings), CIBC and Scotia Bank. The knowledge and wisdom that I gained with these companies helped me to be a better Mortgage Broker/Professional. It also assisted me towards achieving my goal of becoming a Senior Mortgage Broker/Professional within a short period of time. In my free time I love to spend time with my amazing family. I am a proud daughter and have four nieces and a nephew that I care dearly about. I’m also a Certified Bio Field PR actioner Coach, RTT Transformation Coach, EFT PR actioner Coach and also a Crystal/Spiritual Healer.
