Rated 5.0 We were first time homebuyers and Sharmain was always very responsive to any questions we had (and we had a lot). She is still responsive to this day even after closing for any questions that come up. With this market, we needed to put our offer in quick. She worked nights and over the weekend to make sure everything went through. We appreciated that she directly contacted our realtor for different questions, so we didn't have to be a middle man! Overall, really great experience.

Rated 5.0 I had the worst luck while attempting to buy. Sharmain got me through all of it. We had unexpected financial setbacks, increases in the down payment out of nowhere, and even a lawsuit (which we won). At no point did she back out or stop giving the best service she could.
