    Rated 5.0 My wife and I recently worked with AJ on a refinance. Throughout the entire process, he was always prompt with communication, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help us complete our refinance. Refinancing during the Covid-19 crisis was not easy, but AJ made sure we moved through the steps with easy. We cannot recommend him enough!

    Rated 5.0 Working with AJ was fantastic. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had and available whenever I needed him. He consistently helped me understand all the intricacies of the refinance process and helped compare rates with me on a number by number basis. Would highly recommend him and MFM for others looking for a refinance in a COVID market. My only bit of advice is to make sure that you're pulling estimates based off your current lender's OFFICIAL buyout amount instead of your remaining loan balance since that dinged me in the end a bit. I had given an amount that was off by roughly , which ended up adding .01% to my APR (interest rate stayed the same). No fault of AJ's though...just moreso for you as the refinance lendee. Also would suggest extending the rate lock to 45 days since it took days for me to close. There's just a lot of demand right now

    Rated 5.0 Aj was great to work with, very flexible and honest. He was very knowledgable and understanding when it came to things I would be hesitant or worried about. Aj always responded back in a timely manner and also gave me updates periodically so it didn’t feel like I was left in the dark for long periods of time. The process was surprisingly quick and I’m very pleased with my refinancing thanks to the honesty and advice from Aj.
