Rated 5.0 Used this company for 12 years. Yard use to be prestine until chinch bugs took over. I notified them of the problem 2 months ago and STILL have active chinch bugs. Yard is literally eaten away to the dirt! Owner came out to look at problem and confirmed I had chinch bugs, duh! I asked if they would replace the sod in areas that are ruined and he said NO, that there is no warranty with the products they use. I hired a different company today, contract states they back there product and will replace dead sod, due to bugs. Stay away from this place, total rip off with bad customer service!
