Having inherited my mom’s secret recipes and her flair for cooking, I’ve combined the two with my love for everything culinary. With constant encouragement from friends and family and a difficult-to-please, self-professed foodie-of-a husband, I realized early on that I could serve magic on a platter. I also realized that food can provide and empower families, bringing contentment and good health in equal measure. Spice Gali is my earnest endeavor, my path to fulfillment through time-tested and well-loved recipes that serve the economic and nourishment needs of modern-day families. Here I am an executive recruiter by profession, mother-of-two by choice and foodie by nature. Rated 4.0 We had the pleasure of being a of this fabulous event hosted by Spice Gali. Culinary expertise, creativity and professionalism at its best! Loved how Chef Sarika infused culinary influences from various cuisines into this predominantly Indian meal. And the evening was tastefully complemented by art creations by Neha Palod Limaye. From the elegant ambience, to the superb food and wonderful conversations with interesting folks, it was an awesome experience!

Rated 4.0 I had the pleasure of going to Spice Gali's first pop up event. While I was expecting to eat great food having tasted Sarika's food previously, the experience was elevated with impeccable attention to detail. From the place settings, to the attention of the hostesses Kriti & Ruchi, to the chef's culinary creations, to Neha Pallod Limaye's beautiful art - such a elegant affair! The visual delight of every dish was only surpassed by the exquisite taste. It's probably one of the best dinners I've had. On par if not surpasses most high end restaurants. Sarika Saxena, well done my friend. You are truly talented and I'm sure you are going to do great in this new, exciting venture of yours. Wishing you all the best and here's to much success!

Rated 4.0 Our Spice Gali chef is an amazing cook and full of creative ideas. Give her a pan...some basic ingredients and spices and she can come up with mouth watering dishes in minutes. Her punjabi dishes and desserts are to die for ! Lucky to have known her for a decade now and eaten so many of her gourmet dishes. All the very best in your culinary endeavours.
