Rated 5.0 My name is Susan Marshall and I have been a loyal customer of Sterling McCall Acura since 1988 and have purchased five cars from them. I would like to give a review for outstanding service from Derrick Alger and Toni Keller in the Service Department. Both employees go above and beyond to take care of me and my car and my husband's car. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, great listeners regarding my needs, and I could not be more pleased. Please pass on my accolades to both of them. They truly embody what excellent customer service is all about and they have earned my and my husband's loyalty forever.

Rated 5.0 This review is for the Sterling McCall Service Department: About 9 years ago I was a struggling single mom. My Corolla, maybe 2 years old, broke down and was towed to Sterling McCall shop for repair. About day 3 I was wondering what was happening but was unable to reach my service tech. Shortly after the service manager (John, I think??) called me. It seems cold and flu season had hit his staff, and he was running in circles trying to stay on top of all of the diagnostics and repairs. He had taken a personal interest in my car, however, and asked me if I’d recently gone through high water. I started to say no, then recalled that I had but it had been over a month earlier.
