Rated 5.0 When I first visited the Houston store, I wasn’t sure how long the Gold Exchange process would take. Sabeena took care of everything from start to finish, even extending her hours beyond the usual 7 p.m. for 1 hour beyond closing time, to ensure everything was handled smoothly. While that may be how Sabeena works, I’ve personally never encountered this level of support at any Tanishq location, whether in Seattle, Kolkata or Mumbai, all of which offer great experiences otherwise. While the store is a standard Tanishq (which has a certain level), this personable and outstanding care would certainly make me want to return to this specific Tanishq location in the future. I'd also love to mention about Trishita, who is a good friend of mine: she is just awesome :) If Tanishq management is listening, your employee truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond in providing such experience (for comparison, I certainly can't say the same thing about the experience I got from Gariahat branch in Kolkata) long time back.
