Rated 2.0 Throughout my experience with the service department, Chris had absolutely no clue what was going on. I took my seadoo in to replace a wear ring and impeller and they told me it would take about three or four days......and little over two weeks later I picked up my jetski! Also, the "mechanics" were telling me that on my older jetski I needed a full carb rebuild, little did they know that I had replaced the fuel lines, carb and engine no later than 5 months ago! Total mechanic smoke and mirrors! Also, not that I am complaining but I had asked when I dropped the jetskis off if they had a military discount, which I was told yes. When I went to pay today, Chris had to call his supervisor who was on vacation to ask how much to discount?! Doesn't the store have a general policy? In which the supervisor said "just take $50 off", which is a little less than 5% of the bill. Now I would have paid with no discount but the fact that it seemed so arbitrary sort of pisses me off. Typically stores have a 10% military/law enforcement discount, but apparently at mancuso it all depends on what day it is and who you speak with. So, after I pay and walk to my trailer, which had to get pulled out by an employee, the employee comes over, dirty with a lit cigarette hanging from his mouth! Completely unprofessional! I will not take my jetskis ever again to mancuso, and if your active military or law enforcement, FYI, your discount is around 5% and a parking space out front.

Rated 5.0 Outstanding service department. The service writer, and service manager have gone out of their way twice to fix the minor problems on my Defender with out me having to trailer it back into Houston. By the way, I believe the Defender is the best Side by side in the market.
