The Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel

Rated 5.0 My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary at the Downtown Toledo Renaissance. We experienced nothing short of first class service from the moment that that we arrived at the Renaissance. My wife and I have traveled throughout the states and the Caribbean and we have never been treated as well as we were treated during our stay at the Renaissance. We loved the ambiance of the Heights. The food and service at the Brim House were both exceptional. The hotel décor did a great job of showcasing the history of Toledo. All of the staff in all areas made us both feel very special during our stay. It seemed that all of the staff knew that we were celebrating our anniversary and constantly acknowledged our celebration; it made us feel very special. .Some of the specific staff that made out weekend special were Laurie, Abby, Danielle, Querino and Eric and the rest of the of the valet team. Thanks to the everyone at the Downtown Toledo Renaissance!! We are looking forward to our next visit.

Rated 5.0 Absolutely worth every penny! From the kind and friendly service, to the original drink menu at the Heights, the perfection of cuisine at The Brim for breakfast, the view of the city and valet parking....just perfection! All around excellent experience. First time in a long time we’ve experienced all positives!
