Rated 5.0 Beautiful place??.Food was Amazing and plenty of it. Entertainment was Beautiful. Will definitely do this again! Had So much fun! So much attention to keeping everyone happy. Loved the service! One thing I noticed that you don't usually see in these events, they had a room for the kids to play and celebrate as well. My kids are adults now but that was really thoughtful of them. And you can see they loved it! Flamenco and Latin dancers were Fantastic too! So Beautiful and engaging. Thanks Royal Palm for a Beautiful fun filled night??. I had never done this before,glad I chose The Royal Palm for my first time.

Rated 5.0 What a great way to end the year with an awesome NYE party at The Royal Palm. I was with bunch of friends and we had a great time. The total atmosphere and experience was absolutely amazing. Plenty of options for food and there were two open top shelf bars. Staffs were very friendly and available at any time. I would definitely recommend to book your future events with The Royal Palm.

Rated 5.0 I had my parents 60th birthday party there. It was amazing. All the staff were very professional, friendly and amazing. They make sure that my parents and my guests were having a great time and also catered to their needs. The food was excellent. The decorations and settings were just perfect. Sonia helped me throughout the planning. She was so nice and helpful. She made sure that the dream that I had for my parents' party came to reality. I had a beautiful experience there. I highly recommend this beautiful venue.

Rated 5.0 Outstanding Venue-We have had the pleasure of working with Royal Palm on several events and each time it has been an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly. The food is delicious. This is definitely one of the nicest facilities on Long Island and if you have not had the chance to try it yet I would highly recommend you do. You will be happy you did. We are looking forward to working with Royal Palm again in the future!

Rated 5.0 The Royal Palm has a Huge Beautiful room for any occasion many rooms to choice from.Great for Showers, Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Baptisms, Communions, Confirmations Even Weddings. Simple Party Designs had the honor in decorating the room this past weekend for a B'nai Mitzvah for Cori and Marc. The room looked fantastic. Was told the food was really good as well. Rated 5.0 I was looking forward to have a good time in New Years Eve at the Royal palm with few friends. Oh boy were we surprised to see that it was beyond our expectation. There were variety of food option to chose from and it was delicioussssssss. The drinks were unlimited which was a big thumbs up. The DJ was the main killer. He knew exactly what songs and beats to play at the right moment and because of him we were dancing all night long until our feet hurt. All the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond for us at the bar. Valet parking was also nice to have. The space was also pretty big so that no one was tripping on each other like some places. Overall it was an awesome night to party with friends and family. I would recommend Royal Palm to anyone if you want to have a blast unless you hate FUN!!!!

Rated 5.0 I had my daughters sweet 16 on May 26th and I can not say enough! It is now 2:44 on the 27th and people are still calling to say how wonderful it was. The staff was so attentive the food was amazing - even my picky daughter said it was good and actually ate! Alex made a gorgeous cake and cupcakes just for her that were amazing! Thank you so much!

Rated 5.0 We booked the Royal Palm for our school graduation dance . Alex was our banquet manager and he was absolutely amazing . He paid attention to every detail of our party including making sure all of our children with allergies had special meals made for them .Our maitre d 's Mike and Mo were attentive to all the kids and parents . They both made sure the night was a success . The room is beautiful and the food delicious ! Thank you Royal Palm giving our school a wonderful memory !

Rated 5.0 The staff and banquet managers were amazing. Just had my sons communion this past Saturday there, words cannot explain how happy and satisfied i was with their service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly. Food was excellent, and they were very accommodating to my needs. Thank you soo much for making my sons communion a memorable one! I will be definitely returning next year for my daughters communion!

The banquet sales manager Amanda made our day so stress free, she was so personable and made us feel like family. The food was AMAZING!! All of our guest complimented how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Would recommend to others and would have other party's there for sure. Thank you again royal Palm for really make our wedding day so special

Rated 5.0 We had a great time at the birthday party last Saturday 11/10/18 at the Royal Palm banquet. Ruma did a fabulous job. The party was well organized, very nice decorations, lighting, seating arrangement, music, DJ, and the food was so delicious. The stuff was very friendly. I would love to go back to venue again and I recommend all my friends to throw parties there.

Rated 5.0 This place was the site of my daughters sweet 16! Not only is it local for us plainedge mom's - it's amazingly decorated , the quality of food is too notch ! Every detail is taken care of ! Although they have been doing this for a while and are pros , this was the first sweet I ever had - I could not Could not have pulled this off with out them and thier house DJ enjoyable entertainment ! 5 stars and more !

Rated 5.0 I had my wedding last week at Royal Palm. It was great. The staff are very friendly, great hospitality. Tahiya is a very dedicated , patient person who will make your wedding planning go smoothly. The food was greeeaaaaat! They gave a us a complementary 100%halal wine and champagne since I am Muslim, the food was 100% Halal. All staff were amazing. The hall was clean and well maintained. Always available to answer any concerns you may have no matter what time or day. Mike, our matre d was awesome. Very attentive and helpful and kept the flow going. The entire staff kept our tables cleaned and drinks flowing with smiles on their faces!

Rated 2.0 I’m here for New Years Eve 2019. This place is horrible! They cram you in. There wasn’t enough bartenders and bars. They ran out of food and they took forever to replenish it. AND the food is sub par. We got ripped off! I will never come to this place again! The music is terrible! Too loud! ETC

Rated 5.0 We had an event at Royal Palm recently, it was my daughter's baby shower. Everything went very smooth and as planned. The sales girl was really sweet and made sure everything was going well. She actually stayed until they served the food which was really nice of her because she only had to stay inti they set up the tables. The place is nice, neat and clean. The staff were well mannered and made us feel very comfortable and were very polite to our guests! The manager Tomin and the event management lady were very responsible and gave us everything that we were promised and some more. the food was really good and the presentation was pretty nice as well. Overall I would give this place two thumbs up and would definitely come back here.

Rated 4.0 Beautiful venue. Experience was a good one. One feedback, food name/label on the buffet table should be a must at all occasions. There were no staff present to ask questions of. Awareness of those with food allergies should be a standard.

Rated 5.0 I had my daughter surprise birthday party last year which was on September 23rd 2017, we all had a great time, I love this place the staff is very friendly??the food is ??and this year I had my birthday party was in October 6th 2018 was excellent??it’s a great place to have your events If i can give them a 100 star ?? i would less then 2 months we did a wonderful surprise birthday party to one of our best and beautiful sister in law at this place. Now I can call this place home. I can recommend The Royal Palm to anyone for any event????????????????????????

Rated 4.0 Great Food, Very Friendly Barmaid lady and staff, Super Clean bathrooms....But the bathroom attendant seemed like a young guy who was on his phone most of time and walked out of bathroom every time I was in there so i had to grab my own paper towel to dry hands but I guess that's why his tip jar only had $1 in it...other then that was a good night for my cousins sweet 16 last night!

Rated 5.0 Royal Palm is a great venue! I had my baby shower here on 2/8/15. Everything was perfect.. The service was amazing and the place is lovely. Staff was very professional and friendly, made the day go by as smooth as possible. They really worked with us for my baby shower, very accommodating and professional. This is a great place to throw your party for sweet 16, baby shower, wedding, and other occasions.

I'm sure you wouldn't want to deal with a business that speaks to their paying customers that way. The Royal Palm should be ashamed of itself and seriously needs to reconsider hiring new staff to deal with customer complaints.

Rated 5.0 We attended the New Year’s Eve party with a group of friends and family at Royal Palm last night! We all had a terrfic time!! Food, drinks, music were all on point!! The management was available for service at all times. Restrooms were extremely clean! They even had separate arrangements for kids! Over all it was fun and a safe way to spend the New Year’s eve.
