I thought I would not get my loan but she made everything happen. Explained me through every step in my mortgage process. I would say getting money from Lender is very difficult during this hard time, but she completed the process seamlessly.. Highly recommended.. for your refinance or purchase mortgage transactions.

Rated 5.0 Before I started, doing refinancing. I was very specific on timelines to complete the process and Universal Home Loans Inc completed one week ahead of time (i.e. 3-weeks). Excellent refinance experience. The loan terms were very competitive with current market. Communications were very good over email and phone as needed being both timely and clear. Arrangements for appraisal were tailored to my schedule constraints. Borrowers should be prepared to provide thorough documentation of financial information. I would definitely use Universal Home Loans Inc again and refer to my friends
