UpLift Training is an exclusive personal training studio centrally located inside the Louisville Executive Aviation Hangar at Bowman Field (Louisville, Kentucky). ULT excels in training all aspects of health by strengthening the physical body, mind and spirit. Our education based program was developed to teach the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition while pushing you to your full potential! Our mission is to build a strong, supportive, UpLifting community. We were all meant to thrive in this life! At ULT we give you the necessary weapons to do just that. Our private and semi-private training memberships include a state of the art facility, in house massage therapy, customized nutrition programs specific for both men and women (yes, you read that correctly, men and women should eat differently), and personalized programs designed for you to live life to the fullest.
