Wanting the best possible home for my family, I hand picked a few real estate agents who were considered ‘Effective’ in the market for eg amongst other, one criteria was to shortlist agents based on the properties that he/she had recently sold. I further researched the select real estate agents at open house inspections for it is important to see them in action. I wanted to see how each one of them presented an open house and dealt with potential buyers. He is not just another realtor who works just to make extra cash, He masters Real Estate and everything in it and that's why all his clients benefit being him on their side. He helped us purchasing our first home (new construction, from builder), and we couldn't be more happier by bringing him on-board. Can't write the whole experience (wish I could) but in nutshell he helped us getting $8k more cash from builder's lender than they were originally offering. It was a long battle between us and the builder which went on for about 6 months from the time of booking to closing the escrow, and I saw him making so many extra strategic efforts, which even if he wudn't have done, I wouldn't have known much since this was our first house, but he did it. I guess coz he takes pride in what and how he does things. Thanks a lot Jazz. Keep up the awesome work !!

We were already looking to buy a house for more than 1 year, so we decided to consider him. We spoke to Jazz about our needs and we immediately clicked. He was patient enough to listen to our needs and liking's.
