About Veena Ganeshan Carnatic Vocalist
Dr.Veena Ganeshan is a carnatic vocalist and violinist who has been teaching music to children and adults for more than 15 years. She had her initial training in violin from Late Sri Anantharaman in Kolkata, India and continued her advanced training with a scholarship from the Govt of India under the guidance of Shri R.K.Shriram Kumar in Chennai, India. She learned vocal music under the guidance of Smt. Seetha Rajan and Sri Rudrapatnam Thyagarajan in Chennai. She has had the opportunity to perform on multiple occasions in Chennai, Puttaparthi and the US. She is a regular devotional singer at the local temples and the Sai organization.
