I am Mitali Kapila, MS, RD, CLT Registered Dietitian, and founder/owner of Vitality Nutrition LLC in Novi, Michigan. What I believe is simple: Wholesome and nourishing foods have the power to improve all the cells in body to help you look healthy, feel strong and energized. I specialize in providing dietary management of various conditions including, Weight loss, cholesterol and triglyceride reduction, blood pressure management, diabetes, pre-diabetes, chronic kidney disease, metabolic syndrome, and insulin resistance. As a Registered dietitian and Health Coach, my mission is to provide clients with nutrition education that will enable them to adopt and promote a healthy lifestyle. Every client needs are different and I take great pride in getting to know you, and providing you with the education and information that is right for you.
