We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

Vnaya brings up some good tutor for demo session but once you sign up they bring up someone having low tutoring skill which even struggle in communication or do not having tutoring skill. There tutor turn around rate is very high one day.

My Son went here for Math tution for few months. I do not have any complaint on the knowledge of the tutors, but they are very inconsistent and every alternate class, canceled stating internet or any other issues. It is just waste of everyone's time in the home as you don't make any other plan. Worst part is they don't inform about it in advance also. Again, I have to cancel it not because of the tutors knoweldge, but bcause, tutors got changed, and they are not regular.

I started using VEC during COVID with my Girl Scout Troop. We did various art projects/techniques. The teachers were knowledgeable and patient. Not an easy task to teach a group of girls with various degrees of artistic abilities virtually but they did it. Each girl was helped as needed and felt successful with their projects. My granddaughters (10 and 5 years old) and I continue to use VEC for art classes. We pick projects we would like to try and VEC gets us the right teacher that can teach us the proper technique. The best thing is the flexibility. The classes are scheduled around our very busy schedules. Our projects have included: sketching, water color painting, acrylic painting, oil pastels, pour painting, mandela, dot mandela, embroidery, bottle painting, and so many others. I highly recommend VEC for people that would like to learn/improve skills that want great teachers and need flexibility in scheduling. VEC excels in matching the needs of the student with the teacher that can help the student succeed.

I rate these classes a solid 10/10 because they make it easier to learn and memorize, and it also provides a good learning opportunity. Overall the classes are really fun and you get to learn more than the brief that school teachers teach you. :)

Based on the demos given for both subjects my son was able to make a connection to one of the tutors in particular. He received a few more secessions for an upcoming test. This Math and English tutoring is phenomenal. It helped through my entire 8th grade so much that I went from a C in math all the way up to an A in just a matter of weeks. Afterwards, my big end of the school year tests came up and they were worth 50% of my entire grade and I was panicking. However, with the help of the math tutors, they guided me through every obstacle of mine and worked very hard with me and I found the exams to be way more easier than I expected. Algebra- My class was a very difficult course and I had a really hard time with the concepts. In order to help myself, I reached out to Ramamath, a nice organization to help kids and with any subject. Due to this course, I had received a really great score and was able to keep it up because of the tutors of Ramamath LLC. I really recommend this program to anyone who is struggling and having a hard time.
