Rated 5.0 Sent an email, received a call back the next day. Explained the service request and the diagnostic: failed disk drive and upgrade to Windows 10. The next day dropped off the desktop tower and later that day had a callback with detailed explanation of required parts, upgrades available and estimation of total repair and time frame. I couldn't ask for better service and sure was better than standing in line at Best Buy for 2 hours. The personal service was outstanding. Very reasonable fees and the option to upgrade in a tech market that is constantly changing. Josh will offer and explain the best options to you, and trust me, the guy knows his stuff. Nothing is out of the scope so don't be afraid to ask, he can make it happen. Desktop, laptop, tablet, phone......Tech Force can do it.

Rated 5.0 Josh did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He completed the job for the price he had quoted and by the time he had promised. I had my laptop back in less than 48 hours in perfect running condition (and Josh even made some additional improvements for me). He also gave me a loner laptop while he was repairing mine.
