Rated 1.0 Frustrating! I call and ask for a quote for formatting a malware infested HDD and a clean install of Windows 10. The gentleman I spoke with began insisting in a condescending manner that I didn't want Windows 10, that I wanted Windows 7. I politely declined and informed him of my preference. Unfortunately he continued on trying to tell me what I wanted until finally he just gave me a quote for installing Windows 7. *SIGH* Not what I asked for. I think it's worth mentioning, if you don't know anything about computers this might be a great place for your business. If your a novice computer enthusiast or above I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Rated 5.0 Brian did an excellent job helping me quickly, calmly, and affordably, recover data from a USB/thumb drive that suddenly went dead. I appreciated his professionalism, candor, and his calm demeanor when i was in crisis mode. He was able to recover most of my documents within the same day that I dropped off the drive. I will not hesitate to recommend his services to friends and family.

Rated 5.0 Brian has helped both my husband and I with several laptop issues including screen replacement, software and virus issues, and speed / efficacy of the laptops. Our issues occurred over two different weekends and had to be resolved before going back to work on Monday. Brian provided quick responses and completed the work in less than 48 hours even though these issues occurred over weekends.

One laptop had a power outlet that had to be replaced, one had some issues with the screen, and the other had to be completely re-imaged. Service was always very professional with great/fast turn times on getting them back. He never put anything on my PC that I didn't need or want, and took the time to listen to the issue. They were able to recover every single file I needed with really great rates. I called several places for quotes prior to taking it in & they were the best each time.

I spoke to Brian and he immediately made me feel comfortable in trusting him for his services! Brian was courteous, respectful, and quite reasonable in his pricing! I was totally blessed! If I am in town and ever in need of help again, I would surely call on him!
