Rated 1.0 They seemed to charge me twice as much in my opinion. He stated that the computer needed a new motherboard and all I wanted was the files removed. After waiting for two weeks to finally get the computer back the number pad on the laptop did not work. I do not recommend this place to anyone if they are looking for a laptop repair.

Rated 1.0 I do not recommend this business to any body, I took three laptops to be repaired and they did two of them and the third one I was unable to get it on time it took me little over a month. By the time I put some money together and went to get it he told me he sold the laptop and that was it. They don't care if you are a customer or not, the guy I spoke to did not even have any feeling. Even if it is their policy at least they should have given me a call. looks very greedy business.

Rated 5.0 Fast! Accurate. Not trying to rip you off and extort money for every little thing. If you ask him a question he will answer it, rather than try to charge you. Low flat rates for repair. You won't find anyone cheaper or faster. I called him on my way home from work after 5pm. Although he closes at 6pm he told me come on in. He told me on the phone if it was Windows 8 password reset it would be 24 hours and if it was Windows 7 it could be in 20 minutes. When I got there I realized I had a Windows 8 and he still did it in less than 20 mins on the spot! Family owned, his son was there playing and family dog. He has used laptop and desktops etc for affordable prices for sale with Software and Antivirus already configured on the machine. He is not rude or trying to talk over your head. He charges $50 for password rest, $89 flat rate for most repairs and FREE yes I MEAN FREEEEEEEEE diagnosis. The longest he would have your device regardless of the repair is 24 hours. This man is the TRUTH!!!! Go see him. You will be glad you did! :)
