Rated 5.0 Delighted with the service! I have been a customer for over 8 years. This is my go-to computer place. Patient, knowledgeable and fair prices every time. Recently, I thought my laptop was dead. They looked at it while I was there and re-set my video card -for free! Seeing my desperation, they easily could have just checked me in and made me pay a $50 expedited diagnostic fee.

The end result was my computer was rebuilt in a timely manner and it's speed and performance increased beyond my expectations. The customer service was great and they kept me informed of the status of the repair as several obsolete components had to be ordered. I can recommend this company without reservation and will be using the in the future for all my computer needs.

Rated 5.0 Great experience! They worked hard to recover all my data from a bad hard drive and knew of an Apple recall that allowed my computer to have a faulty graphics card repaired at no charge. Honest, hard-working and very reasonable rates. I would recommend these guys to everyone!
