Rated 5.0 In a word, great! We have purchased computers, a printer and various services from Nick Covey for several years and couldn't be happier with him. He is knowledgeable, prompt, fair and provides tremendous value for reasonable cost. You can't go wrong with Nick. Need advice? He can break it down so non-tech folks like us can understand. Unless you're a repair-person yourself (in which case you wouldn't be looking here), Nick's ability to bridge the expert/layman gap is priceless. I seldom award five stars on a review, but Nick deserves nothing less.

Rated 5.0 Nick is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and reasonably priced. After a malware threat I contacted Nick regarding the software I should be running. He worked with me after hours accommodating my schedule. He is extremely responsive to answering emails and phone calls, and worked with me every step of the way providing an explanation of what needed to be done. It is a pleasure to work with someone like Nick who has the expertise to answer any question. I would highly recommend him for any computer need you may have.

Rated 1.0 Terrible service! This guy is smug, arrogant and full of himself. I had a virus and he wiped my drive, did not back up data at all. Then proceeded to tell me a virus ate my data. Stay away!

Rated 5.0 Very Satisfied with Nick's service. He worked me into his busy schedule and got me back up and running! He was very informative and helpful in his descriptions and instructions. I would recommend him to anyone who is having computer issues. I am so relieved to have found a good computer person to go to.

Rated 5.0 Nick deftly repaired one computer for us, then gave us expert advice about protecting all our computers from threats. He kindly picked up one unit, and when the repair was done he made himself available on a weekend for us to retrieve it. When one protection software vendor did not honor the multiple-computer license that Nick had purchased and resold to us, Nick made sure we had an even better deal. Throughout a week of interaction Nick was easy to communicate with and very fair and obliging in his care for customers. I highly recommend his service, and I will continue to call on him when we need assistance with computer issues.
