I offer college application services for UC campuses, CSU campuses, and Common App colleges and universities. I have placed undergrad and grad students in programs at UCLA, Berkeley, UCSB, USF, MIT, Brown, McGill University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, UIUC, Duke, and other colleges and universities. I offer complete application packages for UC applications and the Common App, as well as coaching for SAT Writing, Reading and Essay, at prices well below what one would normally pay at most college application businesses. I offer writing services in editing, writing, copywriting and research for technical documents and academic articles, as well as other editing and writing services. I am a published fiction and non-fiction writer, who has also published many vetted (refereed) academic articles and book chapters, with over 20 years writing experience. I have a PhD from UCLA, and have won UC Regents' Fellowship, Academic Honors, and international research grants, fellowships as well as teaching awards. Fluent in French with a working knowledge of other languages: native English speaker. I've taught undergraduate and graduate students at institutions including Loyola Marymount University, UCLA, DePaul, CSU Pomona, and others.Writing and editing services start at $75/hr.$1200 for UC, and $1200 for Common/other apps, or $2200 for the two - half the rate of other firms. Mentoring available also at comparable rates. SAT coaching available also at $75/hr. How can I offer such low rates? Some firms charge $300/hr or more for services, with packages over $20,000. I don't have as much overhead as big firms - I work solo, out of my home, and come to your home, or meet over the internet, or at an agreed-upon location, and I do it all myself for only a handful of clients at a time.
