About All American Driving School
All American has been serving the community for over 25 years, and are leaders in the driver education industry. The owner, Randy Savage, has over 30 years of driver education experience and is determined to provide quality and excellence in all phases of his program. All of our schools and instructors are certified and practice avid professionalism. We are fully certified by the State of Texas and have optimum insurance coverage for our students and instructors. This helps to insure that our students are safe and receive the highest quality driving education possible. All American facilities far exceed our competition. Our facilities are conducive to learning with a mood and atmosphere set for learning to drive, and for developing attitudes toward safety and respect for the laws that protect us on the roads. We realize our parents have invested a significant amount of money for training their child, and so we strive to encourage our students to concentrate on learning to drive and staying safe behind the wheel. It is our pledge to all students and parents that this is accomplished. We take our business and your son or daughter's future seriously. Rated 5.0 This sucks to hear this now. # years ago i took my grandson to the now closed Crandall locatiom and they bent over backwards to rush them thru and he made 100 on driving permit @TDPS Athens and when the time came 100 on the class c @ DPS in Waxahachie where they take appointments/ Feel bad about the other locations put the owners were very thorough as were the instructors in Crandall

Rated 5.0 This place is a joke in rockwall.. my daughter is being charged 50 dollars because they said she had a no call and no show when she made every appointment bit they lost the paper work the said she didn't have her permit when she dis and they took it because it had expired I get that but she did have it... plus everytime you call can't get anyone to answer... so glad she is finished but if possible find another place that's more organized.

Rated 5.0 My teen took the classroom portion over a month ago and the mesquite office said they don't have an instructor schedule for the road portion. I called all the locations and they don't want to give up their road time because they are over a month behind. This company is ridiculous! Bad customer service, getting the run around. If I knew it would take over a month to get drive time I wouldn't have given them my money. I was told to go on the website and make a complaint and it would go to the owner. The website is giving me an error message when I press submit. I will be contacting the BBB

Rated 5.0 My son was signed up for an 8 am drive today and they rescheduled yet again. This is the 10th (?) time they have rescheduled lessons for him. What is supposed to take a few weeks has stretched into close to a year.

Rated 5.0 The one in Mesquite needs to close down. They never have drive times. I don't think they even have a teacher for the drive times. I really appreciate the one on Beltline and Glennbrook. They have been great! It is just a little far for us to drive to.

Rated 5.0 They never have drive times. Every time I call, they tell me they are booked up. My some has gotten ONE drive time in 5 months. Next available...a month and a half. Or at 3 or 4 while kids are still in school. Withdrawing my son, doing parent taught...just to complete drive times! Waste of money...don't do it!

Rated 5.0 NOT RECOMMENDED!!! This driving school has very poor customer service and management skills. They mess up the drive time schedules and then charge you no show fees for drive times that you did not even schedule (if u do not pay fees they will not release certificate). They rarely answer the phone or check their messages. From my experience as a parent, they do not care about the mistakes they do costing the customers money and time.

Rated 5.0 DO NOT use this place! Your child won't be able to pass the road test at DPS because their training is totally inadequate and you have to beg to get drive time. Go to Safe Start in Rowlett. They will not only teach your child how to drive they will save you MANY HOURS of waiting in line at DPS. Safe Start is DPS certified to give the actual road test after completing the Driver's Ed Course. You will not get this at All American.
