Rated 5.0 A kind gentleman (Jay?) and another gal helped me with my lift chair purchase. He also showed me wonderful gel beds and recliners. But the best thing was putting me in the behemoth massage chair. I must have been in that thing for ten minutes. Wow! I felt like I was on vacation. No high pressure sale tactic, just a genuine excitement about the products he offered. They have an extensive selection of recliner chairs there, very high quality and sleek looking. It’s a much bigger store than other medical supply stores that I’ve been to. Very clean and well lit. Wish it was closer to my house.

Rated 5.0 Love this store!! The employess are courteous, kind and very knowledgable. They listen to what you need and never try to sell you something that you don't need. They helped me with supplies and equipment through my mother's dementia and are helping now through my sister's Alzheimer's. Thank you for making things easier!!

Rated 5.0 They were absolutely amazing. I went to pick up a leg wedge so my wife could elevate her foot, which she had surgery on yesterday. When I got to the door At 3:42 PM, I noticed the store had closed at 3 PM. One of the workers came to the door and asked me if it was something that could be done very quickly, I said yes and explained to her what I needed. She had been helping an elderly man with all of the final details of purchasing a new wheelchair. I picked up the wedge and was able to bring it home and give my wife the much needed relief of proper elevation without having to stack up the pillows. I appreciate people who go above and beyond to help other people out. Otherwise my wife would’ve had to suffer another night in discomfort until I returned the next day. Very nice people, thank you very much
