About AquatiCare Physical Therapy

AquatiCare Physical Therapy provides physical therapy via an exercise based, manual therapy approach. Other modalities such as light therapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or traction, may be used as an aid in pain relief and reduction of inflammation. Manual therapy techniques are provided to release muscular tension and trigger points, stretch muscles, and realign bony landmarks. Our Fall Risk Assessment and Conditioning Program determines if a patient is at risk to fall, identifies and modifies those factors reducing the probability of injury. AquatiCare provides hydrotherapy services with the Hydro Track, which contains an underwater treadmill. Patients are able to perform exercises in the hydro track and focus on normal walking patterns with greater ease than on land due to the elimination of gravity in water.
