Rated 5.0 Peter and Nilam are so incredible helpful, and kind! They both are amazing recourse for Indian ingredients, cooking and cuisine! I always find what I am looking for and MORE when I go to their store. Astha market is a wonderful addition to De Pere that adds culture and diversity! Thank you Astha!

Rated 5.0 I went to Astha Grocery and Gifts to get some ingredients for my Indian dinner. I went up to the counter with a few ingredients and the owner asked me why I wanted the red lentils. I let her know I was going to make a red lentil soup and would be making some Chicken Curry. She said you don't want lentil dal and curry, they do not go together. I ended up spending 2 hours there. She produced a menu and wrote out recipes explaining how to make chicken curry, okra/potato dry spice and taro. I loved every minute and appreciate the time she spent with me. Also, I followed her recipes and they turned out great My family loved our Northern Indian dinner!
