I am a dedicated Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Health Counselor accredited by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and a Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) . I have been giving online consultations since 2022, now I am starting seeing clients personally and offer Ayurvedic Consultations, detailed electronic pulse reading, Ayurvedic treatments (Shirodhara, Kati Vasti, Greeva Vasti, Janu Vasti, Marma therapy) and 1:1 Yoga classes.My personal experience with rheumatoid arthritis served as a catalyst for my career in holistic wellness. Initially, I found it challenging to balance the demands of my job, family responsibilities, and my own well-being. However, with the guidance of Ayurveda and the transformative power of yoga, I was able to find balance, cultivate inner strength, and improve my overall health and well-being. Inspired by my own journey to wellness, I am dedicated to sharing the wisdom of Ayurveda and the practice of yoga with others. I firmly believe that these ancient disciplines have the potential to transform lives and promote holistic healing. Through my website, workshops, and one-on-one consultations, I aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health and make conscious lifestyle choices that support their overall well-being.
