Rated 5.0 Arpita's Ayurveda class at Divine... I'm almost hesitant to say for fear of this class overfilling... is so informative and helpful; everything is very clearly explained. She takes the time and energy for helpful tips to better not only your personal physical practice, but internally and spiritually as well!

Rated 5.0 Arpita Shaw is an amazing teacher for teacher certification. She brings the ancient science of Ayurveda to a western culture and applies it seamlessly. Arpita's knowledge of yoga history and asana is unparalleled. I would highly recommend her teacher training. ---------- Arpita Shaw is an amazing practitioner. Her knowledge of Ayurveda comes from studying under the lead doctors in the world. She has interned in India and brings all that background to each consultation. Her kindness and understanding really set her apart. She makes me feel encouraged and confident in my ability to grow and heal in a natural way. I high recommend Arpita's Ayurvedic consultations!

Rated 5.0 I have been going to Arpitas Ayurvedic classes for about a year and following an Ayurvedic lifestyle in baby steps with minor changes to my routine as recommended by Arpita. Her teaching style is such that she leads you to delving deeper and discovering the answers to help you and is amazing at this. I recently went to the doctor and my hemoglobin a1c is decreased from 9 to 7 and I have lost 50 lbs and gained so much energy and health during this time. I recently completed her Ayurvedic lifestyle counselor program and am hungry for more. I plan on delving deeper. Thank you Arpita.
