About Bay Area Nutrition - Rebecca Sugumar MS, RD

Bay Area Nutrition, LLC is a group of Registered Dietitians (RDs) who have extensive knowledge and experience in providing a variety of nutrition services. Whether you are in need of individual nutrition counseling, group presentations or help with product development, we can assist. Rebecca Sugumar, MS, RD joined Bay Area Nutrition to cover our growing South Bay practice in Gilroy. She completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics at San Jose State University and her internship with a concentration in diabetes education. She is passionate about helping her clients take baby steps to change their lifestyle towards improved health and well being. She also enjoys providing nutrition education at schools and health fairs. In her spare time she loves to cook and take walks with her family and dog.
