I’ve been looking for someone to do waxing for some time. While some salons offer waxing they don’t have a personal touch. I found Vanity Room Esthetics LLC on a Facebook ad I called and made an appointment with Madison. She was very professional and discrete. She now offers other services and looking forward to my facial this week!
A friend had recommended Madison for waxing, and I decided to give it a try! She's professional, but personable and makes you feel at ease! I got waxing services as well as a facial, and it was such a nice and relaxing experience! I can't wait to go again!
Definitely recommend Madison for waxing! She was so gentle and talked me through my first wax and was so pleasant and stopped when I asked her to stop. She also did an eyelash lift and tint for me, and it was great. Very clean space and quiet so you can relax!

Run! Don’t walk to Vanity Room! I had THEE most amazing facial ever with Maddison! A deep clean facial with a pumpkin enzyme peel! My face has never felt or looked so good - I’m blown away! Maddison is so sweet, and she takes her time to make sure you get the BEST treatment ever! Wonderful experience! I wish I could do 10/5!

I can't say enough good things about Madison & Vanity Room Esthetics. While many salons offer waxing and facials - they do not offer the personal touch like Madison does nor have the skill like Madison. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease- almost like hanging out with one of your fave gal pals! Her studio is super clean and cozy. I highly reccomend checking Madison out and pampering yourself!

What an experience! This was my very 1st Brazilian wax. I went in with so much anxiety- I was scared to death! Madison talked with me and brought me out of my fright is flight mode! I won't tell you it didn't hurt cuz man, it hurt, but only for a moment. Madison talked with me the whole time. She distracted me just enough to where it didn't hurt at all when we were finished. She was professional on a personal level. Knowledgeable about her craft and generally just really nice to speak with. I’m obsessed with my Brow Tint service by Madison! My eyebrows were barely visible due to extreme plucking in the 90s. I don’t wear a lot of makeup, but my light & limited eyebrows always bothered me. Now, waking up each day to a finished look, with no effort on my part, is fabulous! Eyebrow Lamination may be next! Beautiful studio & sweet, personable service, too.

Pros: local, very friendly, very clean, quick and thorough! Cons: There are none. My friend referred Vanity room to me, she HIGHLY recommended I try her out for 2 reasons, 1-she was really good and 2-she was affordable. When meeting her for the first time she was very friendly and welcoming. After talking to her for the first 5 minutes, I felt like we had known each other for a long time. (Which turned out AMAZING I felt so beautiful) You can not go wrong here with any service , she has made her business into such a safe space. No judgement, and you leave feeling so confident. She is so easy to talk to which definitely helps for the more personal services like Brazilians. I’m so glad I took the jump and started doing Brazilians!

I am currently on vacation and realized I was a little too rough looking for the pool (IYKYK). I was super pleased to find Madison AND she had next day availability. Super easy to book online. The space is so cute. I had no issues with parking. I felt comfortable and had a great experience. I usually get sugar wax done back home, and it has been a while since I used hard wax - but honestly it was so gentle and obviously I was in expert hands. I would post pics of the job well done, but I don't need to be banned from Google ;) Definitely would recommend!
I had a wonderful experience! I did have to cancel one of my scheduled services at the last minute, and I honestly felt terrible about it. She was incredibly understanding and gracious, even though I know that as a small business owner, every appointment and every bit of revenue matters. I definitely don't recommend doing what I did because I know it impacts her time and business. Even with that, I still had three other services done during my visit, and every one of them was phenomenal. She was professional, made me feel comfortable, paid great attention to detail, and the results were amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I'll absolutely be back and highly recommend supporting her business!
I have had two Brazilians with Madison, and they both went so smoothly! She is so friendly and easy to converse with! She gets the job done quickly, while also making sure it is done correctly. There is also a cozy waiting room if you show up a few minutes early. If you’ve never had a Brazilian, and you’re worried about the pain like I was, her encouraging words definitely help you get through it! After your first one, the next one will be cake!

If you are considering lash extensions, I do want to stress that they are a commitment and require upkeep. I don’t know that they would be worth it just for one event. WOW! What an amazing experience! I went to Vijay's house for the very first time this last past Friday, or on November 17th. It was nothing short of LUXURY! 1 HR of relaxation and TLC!!! I was so impressed with her comprehensive treatments. She gave me an exfoliant, mask, steam, extraction for white heads, face moisturizer, moisturizing hand mittens, and everything was warmed up beforehand even the cleansers! I was SO RELAXED! I left not even wanting to put my music on. I just wanted the peace that I felt when leaving her establishment. My skin also looks better since my first session with her. Not to mention, she is VERY AFFORDABLE. $70 for one hour and I got sooo much. I left a decent tip because it was well deserved. Book a visit SOON!
I already knew she would be amazing because she was my mother's hair and MUA for my Sikh wedding and did a phenomenal job not only on the day, but had given her Both a trial run for the makeup along with a facial for preparing for the big day. To say it simple: My mother was glowing on my big day and looked absolutely stunning. I vowed I'd make sure I went to see aunty at some point to make sure I got the same facial my mom did - and finally got my chance today. What an amazing experience. Vijay Seoni only uses quality products - and her technique is immaculate. I'm not too sure how two hours passed but she made everything so comfortable and at ease. She walks you through each step - every product she uses - what they are intended to do - and the best part was watching her take the time to analyze your skin to make sure the routine she does is catered to your issues and needs. She has specific products for every skin type, and takes the added time to really explain what you're getting done, and also takes the time to explain how you can continue a good skin regime (whether it's with or without the products she uses). I can honestly say my skin feels beyond flawless, I can't remember the last time it felt this smooth and clean. She also did the vitamin c infusion for my skin - and I can't believe the difference it made. I have had Clear and Brilliant done on my face five times now from Laser Away. The first three times were at Laser Away in Arlington and I was happy with the first two people who did my laser treatment but not happy at all with the third time. The third time I went the girl did a really bad job because I had absolutely not one bit of redness on my face and she flew through the procedure in about 5 minutes. Since I still had three more treatments left because I purchased a package of 6 I felt I needed to switch locations. I switched to the Ashburn location hoping to find someone to do it well. I am so incredibly happy that I did switch because I got Scarleth to do my Clear and Brilliant. She is absolutely amazing and by far did the best out of the four different people who have done my Clear and Brilliant laser treatment. She is very thorough and makes sure she does a great job. The ladies at the front desk were also super sweet and very helpful when I enquired about the products they sold. They were also very informative and my whole experience at the Ashburn Location has been wonderful.
Since my last laser hair removal appointment, this Laser Away location in Ashburn (right across from Lululemon in One Loudoun) has definitely stepped it up! The treatments still sting a little, especially on sensitive areas like the brazilian, but I'm starting to get used to them and they definitely don't hurt any more than waxing. Plus, my leg/brazilian hair is starting to come in patchy which is a great sign! Laser Away as a company is amazing. They're clearly well established as they are wonderful at sending communication and reminders about upcoming appointments- they always call/text a few days before to confirm. They also hire and train all the staff to be extremely kind and friendly- I'm always offered a coffee or water after checking in and am received by big smiles, which really makes my day. Overall, choosing Laser Away for my hair removal was the best decision- I'd highly recommend!!

I was recommended to LaserAway for Xeomin from a friend of mine and I'm so glad she did! I went to the website, put in my information and immediately got a call to discuss my desires and options. The appointment was booked for the next 2 days within a few minutes of a straightforward and well described process. I arrived 15 minutes early. I'm terrible with names, but the super friendly Clinic Director was at the front desk. The clinic is bright, beautiful and super clean. I was checked in, and within 10 minutes I was taken to the back to start the process. The Xeomin professional who took me back answered all my questions with professionalism and kindness. The full process took maybe 20 minutes. I was told the final results would take up to 2 weeks. I am looking forward to going back!
First time getting lip fillers. I decided on Revannesse after my consultation. I am told it lasts a little longer. I was very nervous but so happy with the outcome! I am still swollen and a little tiny bruise but I bruise easily in the after pic. But they look natural but better! My second treatment and I would highly recommend! She was so kind to stop by my house two days before the wedding to give me some exfoliating cleanser.She also helped me with some of the wedding planning .most importantly she helped me keep calm and really enjoy the hair and make up process . Her hair dresser savi is equally great and was able to replicate exactly wat i asked at the hair trial . She did hair for four people together at the wedding and did a wonderful job . She has an extremely pleasing personality and is always open to suggestions.

Vijay Seoni did my bridal makeup for an outdoor, summer wedding. I was so pleased with how it turned out and also what a pleasure it was to work with Vijay. She was great about listening to what my vision/preference for my makeup was, as well as making valuable suggestions based on her many years of experience. The quality of the makeup was very good, and it looked great for the entire afternoon and evening. She was easy to get in touch with via text or on the phone. She and her partner for hairstyling, Savi, arrived right on time—maybe even a little early—and were good with time management. They made sure I was done and happy with everything before they moved onto others, many of whose makeup/hair were unplanned (something I’ve seen done terribly at other weddings). Everyone was ready in time. I recommend her highly to anyone looking for a bridal makeup artist in the DC/Baltimore area.
I am not sure if words can truly express how great I think Vijay is. She exceeded my expectations in every way and went far and beyond imaginable. From our first meeting, I felt so comfortable with her and I just knew she would be amazing! On the day of my wedding she showed up early smiling with excitement! Her bubbly personality and caring nature instantly eased my nerves. Not only did she do my makeup and also made me look absolutely beautiful and flawless, she was my best friend for the day! She had my back like no other, making sure everything was right. She helped me with my sari, fixed a last minute problem with my eye liner, and ensured me over and over that everything was great. She was like a guardian angel watching over me. I couldn’t have dreamed of anything better than what she did. She is absolutely wonderful and has an amazing talent for what she does! Ms Vijay was very professional and dedicated. She worked with me very patiently through the trial to get to the look that I really liked. I had a certain idea in mind and she with her hairdresser was able to deliver the results. I and my wedding party were very impressed with my look on the wedding day. In addition would recommend her highly for Indian brides as she is well versed with the skin tone and the aesthetics involved. Very pleasing personality and highly recommended with extra brownie points for professionalism.
Amazing, perfect, and flawless - that is how I would describe my bridal hair and makeup by Vijay Aunty. I had a traditional South Indian wedding, and my makeup matched very well with my outfit and the occasion. I am not a big makeup person - I wanted something that looked elegant in pictures, and Vijay Aunty totally delivered. I couldn't have been more happier with my bridal makeup and I felt beautiful on my wedding day ! I received tons of compliments on the makeup - the best part was when the wedding photographer exclaimed that this is probably one of the best makeup jobs she has ever seen ! It was a real pleasure working with Vijay Aunty - she was very professional, very open to feedback, and a really warm and sweet person as well. I met her a few times during the weeks leading up to the wedding to get skincare tips, facials and a makeup trial. I could definitely tell that Vijay Aunty is very talented, and loves what she does while putting a lot of effort into it. She was constantly giving me great tips and asking for feedback. Given how knowledgeable she is, Vijay Aunty was also very mindful of my preferences all along the way. She even offered help and advice with a bunch of other wedding related things. In addition, Vijay Aunty graciously accommodated my last-minute request and did my makeup for a pre-wedding event (which was of course also amazing!). I am definitely going back for skincare services, and hair and makeup services and tips whenever I can !
I highly recommend Vijay Seoni for your wedding day makeup needs. Quality comes at a price, which I learned the hard way through a makeup trial with a different artist. Although I was a bit hesitant with the price I was extremely happy with my makeup trail with Facial Boutique Inc. I had Vijay do make up for me and all my seven bridesmaids. Speaking of which I would recommend planning your makeup schedule with multiple extra hours if you have one artist doing multiple bridesmaids - your friends will take up a lot of time and don't necessarily save the bride for last. Lastly I also appreciated how Vijay helped me with my overall skincare prior to the wedding.
Vijay and Savie were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The trial was really fun and they both did a great job the day of. The makeup did end up feeling a bit rushed at the end, even though we started early, and I felt a little bit like there was too much makeup. But everyone else thought I looked beautiful, and I have to admit I did look great in the photos.

Vijay was pleasant, easy to work with, and did a FANTASTIC job on my makeup! her prices are very reasonable for bridal makeup. i am white and married an Indian man. Vijay really helped me have a dream Indian wedding, since i didn't really know what i was doing. Vijay on the fly made earring support chains for me, which helped my ears and earrings last throughout the wedding and reception. my Indian mother-in-law was thrilled with everything. hiring Vijay was one of the best things i did for my wedding. my makeup was flawless and stayed that way all night!
Vijay did an amazing job on my make up for my wedding. She used high quality products and was able to create an absolutely flawless look. I felt like I had stepped out of a magazine! She listened to what I wanted and was able to transform me quicker than I could have imagined! The look lasted well all night, too. She went above and beyond what I could have expected as well. The sari blouse of best friend wasn't sewn properly and she happened to have a kit to remove stitches and resew the hem. She also helped with my hair when it needed a fix. She was truly amazing and helped create a perfect look for my wedding. She can also do both Indian and Western style make up equally well.
I highly recommend Facial Boutique for wedding hair and makeup. Vijay Seoni, the owner, does the makeup herself and works with a hairdresser, Savie. Both are excellent at their jobs, and very easy to work with. They were incredibly kind and patient, which made such a difference dealing with the stress of the wedding day. I got bridal hair and makeup, and several of the women in my family and my husband's family got their hair and makeup done as well. Everyone thought they did a fantastic job. Personally, I don't know a lot about hair and makeup, so it was great to have Vijay's expertise. She was always open to my feedback and ideas, but found ways to make them even better.

Ms Vijay did a great job on my makeup for my wedding and Ms Savie did a wonderful job as well for hair for myself, and two family members. The makeup and hair lasted all throughout the event which I was very happy about. Both were very attentive to what I liked and didn't like (from the trial run) to make necessary adjustments for the wedding day. My only complaint is that on the wedding day, the makeup took longer than expected which prevented me from taking some key portrait shots with my family.
My wedding was a traditional indian wedding. Vijay Seoni did a fabulous job with all of my preparation, including hair, make up, arranging my jewelery and saari. My make up was the highlight - she had a great collection of products for all skin types, and many options to choose from. She was mindful of my preferences, style and comfort. The make up was natural appearing but also looked fantastic in photography. I required no touch ups for our day-long event! Most of all, I felt beautiful on my wedding day and would not have looked any differently!!!I would definately recommend her services and look forward to working with her again!
Vijay was an excellent person to work with for hair and makeup services for our wedding reception. She is very talented and dedicated and wants you to look perfect for your special event. She takes time to get the details right, so make sure you plan a good amount of time for the makeup (don't try to squeeze it into a tight schedule), so she can work her magic. She also offers a free trial of makeup at her home studio upon paying the deposit. I opted to do hair and makeup through her, but she does not do hair herself, and will hire someone else to do the hair. Be sure to request someone who is experienced for hair. Overall a great experience, I would recommend her.
Perfect, flawless makeup. Always professional and knew exactly what I was looking for.I am South Indian and my husband is Punjabi. I wanted a traditional look for the wedding and a modern smoky eye look for the reception.I couldn't be more happy with the end product. My morning makeup was bright, elegant and beautiful. Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for beauty services. If not, salons ask that you respect the other customers peace and quiet by leaving your children at home. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your salon services.
