Congrats on taking this next step in your health journey. I am SO excited to meet you. Current class offerings include Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, and Glow & Tone – Full Body. By October 2020, we will be adding meditation and HIIT classes. My name is Nyesha and I am the Owner of Body Positive L.L.C. I am a fitness instructor with passion for helping those ready to take that first step. I represent Body Positivity and carry the belief that all bodies are good bodies. I teach fitness because I love my body, but I represent a different population of people, of women, of mom's, of plus size, of self-love. When you take a class with me, you join my family.
