Shete decided to open Boston Green Cleaners so he could do his best job everytime. He was also wanted the personal challenge of making a dirty carpet or upholsery look almost like brand new. Boston Green Cleaners is Shete Taka, who has been a cleaning technician since 2006. He was trained by a big carpet and upholstery cleaning company - working for 50% commission.Shete was inspired to go out on his own, by his desire to provide a better service for his customers. One of the problems he had with working with a big company was that they did not care enough about their customers as individuals. He believes that,"sometimes when you work for a big company, all they care about is just the numbers and I would get into a situation where I would be working for very nice people and I would try to upsell them. I would feel preasure to push them for more services, and sometimes they [the big company I worked for] want you to get there and leave quick, so you are doing a job quickly when you know you can do better. It wasn't really satisfying to me the way I was doing the jobs with the big companies. I thought I could do the jobs better, spend more time no matter how many jobs I have."
