About Boulder Bikram Yoga

We are proud to be a family owned business. Since 1994 we have been holding daily hot yoga classes 365 days a year. Our beautiful studio has windows facing Boulder open space and allowing for lots of natural light and Great Mountain views. We have shower facilities and you can bring your own towels and yoga mat, if you like, or you can rent or buy these items here at the school. We are so blessed to have an amazing group of yoga teachers. We have a world champion Asana winner on our staff and many teachers with decades of experience. Rated 5.0 Love this studio. Wish I had more time to go regularly. Bikram has done wonders for back pain related to herniated and bulging lumbar discs. It is an incredibly healing and restorative practice.
