Glen worked diligently to obtain an approval letter within days of being introduced to him. The deal put together by Sellers (2 of the largest banks in the US) and Buyer was complicated by wrongful foreclosure and unlawful detainer lawsuits, once the framework for settlement was reached on June 19, Glen and his team worked tirelessly to close the deal which took another 60 days. The type of loan was very unique and therefore was abit more complicated than the typical residential home purchase.
