CareWorks brings assisted living to the individuals with personalized services in the comfort of their home versus them moving into an Assisted Living facility. Our caring service makes it possible for the elderly, or those recovering from an illness or injury, to maintain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible. In that way, we lift the spirits of the elderly and give peace of mind to their families. CareWorks Houston is a state licensed non-medical home care agency, which provides caregivers on an hourly basis in Fort Bend County / Harris County and surrounding areas of Houston, Texas. Our caregivers can provide a variety of services to make living at home easier and more comfortable for our clients, including assisting with bathing and dressing, medication assistance, transportation/errands, patient transfers, meal preparation and housekeeping. CareWorks performs a thorough in-home assessment for each client prior to placing a caregiver in their home to ensure that the needs of each individual client are met. Due to the specialized needs of many of our elderly clients, our caregivers receive training in communicating with people suffering from Alzheimer’s and related dementia, hearing loss, aphasia and more.
