Chef Dinesh comes from a large Indian family from Punjab India, which you will pick up immediately after speaking with him. His professionalism is what keeps our clients so loyal for almost 15 years. Chef Dinesh has an extensive background in high-volume restaurants, corporate fine dining, prestigious county clubs, and catering. He began his culinary journey as a young man in his family-owned restaurant in Chamba Himachal, later on, he graduated with honors from the Dr. Ambedkar I.H.M culinary institute of Chandigarh Punjab India. He then embarked on many endeavors and pursued working in numerous fine establishments. His success has been published in Radisson Goa India and On Miami Florida Carnival cruise company by his getting positive performances and always new opening outlets name of Tandoor on different vessels.
