Kinjal has been a fashion, style and travel enthusiast who has wanted to start her own contemporary clothing line. Professionally, Kinjal has worked in the health care process improvement industry for twelve plus years and to keep in tune with her passion, she has synonymously kept up writing a blog about her globe trotting excursions, food and style. Kinjal’s earlier travels began through childhood trips to India where she would love going to local fabric shops and tailors to experiment putting together different outfits she’d designed. To feed that curiosity and passion, throughout the past fifteen years, Kinjal has traveled to over thirty five countries. These invaluable explorations have given her the opportunity to observe brilliant art forms, architecture and color… but more so, to appreciate the style of women around the world who continue to teach her and inspire her designs. Chiffon & Spice by Kinjal aims to reflect these inspirations by mixing classic, old world pieces with chic touches to create unique and versatile designs which speak to today’s woman. It is Kinjal’s hope that her eye for style and creative vision will translate into the timeless looks which will forever be her favorites and yet, have a modern and urban edge that will continue to test and push boundaries.
