God's grace compels us to lead spiritually convinced and unconvinced people to complete commitment to Jesus Christ. Christian Assembly started out with a few people in a small group years ago out of the Azusa Street Revival movement. It actually was called “Italian Christian Assembly” when the church first began as the first members mainly consisted of Italians in the area. The church has a history of thinking outwardly as one day when the church bus was driving about town, people asked if they could come to the church. That’s when the name changed! Literally, the word “Italian” was painted over on the bus and the church name of “Christian Assembly” was established.
