We started out as a small take-out Indian food in Cary - Apex, NC. With our customers’ support we now have a full size Indian restaurant at MacGregor Village, Cary. We offer a unique dining experience for our customers. Enjoy fresh and spicy Indian food in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. All our curries are gluten free and nut free. We buy our produce from the local Farmers Market as much as possible. Our food is from Northeast region of India, particular to the state of Bihar. We use many health beneficial spices and herbs in our cooking. The varieties of herbs and spices are customarily the same but their combination and the amounts we use are different for each dish. The varying combination of spices and the different techniques in which we cook gives distinctiveness to each dish.
