About Cognitians

Cognitians (formally NCTI of Cincinnati) has served the people and courts of Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky for more than 30 years. We provide an effective, interactive learning process that involves participants in assessing their behavior and committing to positive change. Register for one of our programs and experience: Dedicated and experienced facilitators committed to helping participants meet their objectives; Class schedules that enable most participants to complete their class within 30 days; Nationally recognized curricula published in workbooks for each participant and Convenient class locations.
