Rated 5.0 Dr. Marinescu was absolutely amazing. She was willing to discuss a tubal ligation for me at 26, which was difficult to find. In addition, she was willing to work with insurance concerns, which made it possible for me to get my tubes tied. I have never felt so comfortable, safe and respected with a gynocologist before. Every staff was polite and respectful, plus it was easy to get things scheduled and rescheduled as necessary. I cannot recommend them enough.
Rated 5.0 My nurse practitioner and surgeon listened to me even though I am a very rare case. I'm unlike most every patient with a group of inherited illnesses and conditions. So, my healing time and experience had to be adjusted accordingly. My surgery was perfect and I really enjoy the friendliness of the staff. I would recommend this practice.
Rated 4.0 I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at the St Ann's office. I've never been to the Olentangy office but I'm sure they're just as wonderful. Dr. Marinescue is fantastic! My only 2 complaints, would be that it takes a little longer than it should to get test results back. I work in a dr's office & we call patient's within 48 hours if results are available. I shouldn't have to call 8 days later looking for results & then wait another 2 days for a return call.. & the new answering system is a pain in the butt. But other than that, I have no complaints!
