Rated 5.0 A BIG shout out to Computer Eze! I have been fortunate to have had a very computer savy friend to take care of my compter needs. However he moved away. Computer Eze was recommended to me. Being that my friend always helped me in the past I was a little concerned of what the cost would be. I was really surprised how little they charged to get my PC back up to speed again. The sevice was quick and the staff were very informative. I will certainly recommend them to others.
Rated 5.0 I broke the charging port on my laptop a while back and brought it in to see what they could do. I live close so it was convenient. I guess it a DC Jack repair. I didn't want to just go buy another laptop because I liked the one I had and it has all my work and data on it so I thought this was worth it. They fixed it and they gave me a good deal. Honest guys and it's a good shop for all my technical needs as not only do they do computers but there is a phone guy there too so needless to say, I know where to go!
Rated 5.0 I had a terrible problem with my computer. And I do not know what to do , but they helped me solve my problem. I loved his work . They are very friendly and efficient. 100% recommended.
Rated 1.0 I would do zero stars if I could. Customer service level is horrible. There is no such thing as a three day guarantee, I took my laptop to this business, and it took 6 months to get it back, stripped of RAM, hard drive, and CD-ROM. Interesting this company also sells parts. You constantly have to call this business to find status and figure out what is going on. Save yourself the frustration and pay your computer manufacturer the money, not this shady business.
