Computer Prodigies

Rated 5.0 Computer Prodigies was very great and would definitely recommend. I had came across Computer Prodigies two years ago on "Thumbtack" where I needed help to resolve some overheating issues I had with my laptop. I had spoken to Justin and he was very friendly, down to earth, and was thorough on what could be the problem. He had told me about his services, but I was unable to come out at the time. Since then my laptop was doing fine but still with the same problem. Then more problems occurred, blue screens issues and missing files. I remembered Computer Prodigies, did my research, and was amazed with the reviews. I had emailed for an estimate and dropped my laptop off along with the fan for a diagnostic. Justin was friendly and diagnosed my issue. It was a failed hard drive and fixed my laptop at a reasonable price. Within a week, received a text, and my laptop was ready for pickup. They had replaced my hard drive, fan, and retrieved my missing files! They also added useful programs such as iTunes, and office programs. They also provided detailed information about the work that was performed and additional tips on how to perform a maintenance to sustain the life of my pc. Now my laptop no longer overheats and is working faster. It's like having a brand new pc! I am very satisfied with Computer Prodigies and look forward to them again for my technical needs!

Rated 1.0 - They told me the problem and the cost the same day. I agreed they said they will have it ready by Monday of 3 week ago. I called and the part was not even there yet. When I final got my laptop fix up, I started it up at home and saw that there were three other issues that weren't there before. Took it back, they said they couldn't fix it. So now I am out of $250 and my laptop still doesn't work.

Rated 5.0 Fast service. Brought phone in left it there with cracked screen and they had it ready for me on time with brand new screen. Even gave me a free phone case on the way out. A+
