Computer Wingman

Rated 5.0 My daughter dropped her 1 1/2 year old computer on our wood floor from about 2=3 feet and everything went dead... no response at all. I live in Leesburg Va, but choose to go to Ashburn to Wingman after reading and comparing the google reviews (I also had a negative experience with the Geek squad at Best Buy in Leesburg once before). The Wingmen were professional and courteous. They immediately explained how they bill; and the return policy,(such as there is flat rate fee of $100). I dropped off the computer and within the hour they had called me with the diagnosis and choices to be made. The computer is now in 100% working order. If your computer is worth more then the flat fee and its parts, this place is the place to go. I hope that your experience and results are as good as ours were.

Rated 5.0 I called Colin at Computer Wingman in Ashburn when our computers crashed at AVAH. He showed up exactly when he said he would, no waiting, and had us up and running within an hour. I was very happy with his service, knowledge and honesty and would highly recommend him and Computer Wingman to everyone. He will be my go to for any computer issues that may arise for us in the future.
