Rated 5.0 Having never had to deal with any rodent problem in the past I was completely appreciative of Critter Controls professionalism and thoroughness. Every aspect, from beginning to end, of our experience with Critter Control was simply perfect. Michael who assisted us on the phone was prompt and polite (and he laughed at my jokes). Steve, who was our technician, was incredibly professional and a customer service pro. One does not often receive such outstanding customer service as we did from Critter Control. As it turned out we did not have a huge rodent problem, but I am confident that the inspections and repairs made by Steve will keep us clear of any potential problems in the future. I would highly recommend Critter Control. It's great to have such a professional business in San Jose.

Rated 5.0 From the start the people and their system was very professional. You speak to someone who coordinates the visit, a person is assigned and emails are generated with schedules. Robert calls and shows up as scheduled, gave details along with pictures about the problem...gave a detailed price quote on what needed to be done then did the work on schedule with great follow up. Very impressed!
