Rated 5.0 I am an online shopper, but I gave Crown Travels a try. The prices they got for me were remarkably lower than what I was getting online. The flight was booked with easy for me and my family. In Qatar one of my kids got sick and we could not board the connecting flight to India. Once the situation was taken care and we were ready to fly the next available flights were priced very high. We called Crown Travels in the wee hours of US; they were prompt and gave us some options with a different airline, with hardly any price difference. That’s when I was thankful of having a travel agent whom I could call directly without going through the torture of calling customer care associates and spending hours; with my family tired & waiting. Giving 5 starts to them for the promptness, customer service, industry knowledge.
