So far they have sent me 17 profiles and ONLY 1 of them matches the basic criteria (like language and age) mentioned in my profile. And 1 more profile which is acceptable under extended criteria. Rest of them were totally bogus. Technically I am not even receiving 1 match/month. They can not even look into Age and language which is THE MOST important thing for the match making. Even after repeatedly calling and emailing them about 4 basic points to look into before sharing any profile, they just randomly send 4 profiles, since that is the plan. I even requested them, at least first few profiles should match my criteria, then we can move to the extended criteria. But all in vain. Either they don't have enough profiles as they claim, or they are the worst service provider ever.

Which is nice because I do not trust people and go outside for meeting. Met the bride?s family in Desi Jodi Matrimonial office and now we will be going to her house for further meetings.

Rated 1.0 Worst dating service ever!!! I signed up hoping that I would be able to meet someone I like and could settle down with. I was tired of online dating and I thought Roshni would actually help me meet someone and I would be able to go on more dates and her services would be like that of a typical dating service. This was far worse than online dating. In fact, I have had better experiences on match.com, ok cupid, and bumble. At first, I received a good amount of matches from her and I must have contacted at least a dozen of those matches but I only received responses from a fraction of them. I was a little discouraged by that but that was not the worst part. After having no luck, I called Roshni to express my concerns and she could not care less. I had 2 more months of service left and I told her I want to discontinue and requested a partial refund, she said no, which I understand. But then she has the nerve to say that I should not have contacted my matches through email because my email may have gone into their junk folders. It's a possibility but what are the odds that this happened to all the emails I sent? I wish she had been more supportive of my situation and provided better customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time and money on a dating service like this one.
