Dec 2024: received pranic healing with crystals from Ramdas. Such a relaxing encounter! I've completed seated pranic healings in the past but the crystals is an excellent upgrade. I'm not particularly sensitive to how the energy healing feels during the session but there has always a positive shift in the following days. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys energy work and wants that next level of healing for their wellbeing. Nov 2024: Received nabhi vasti (stomach therapy) with pancha karma therapist Poonam. I had a knot in my stomach from anxiety and acidity due to recent high levels of stress, not sleeping well, probably not properly fully digesting my evening meal. The symptom developed about a week prior to the therapy. I was very pleased that the knot in my stomach went away after one session. I don't usually have acidity issues and due to my history of serious disease diagnosis, i admit I was worried. definitely recommend vasti therapy with Poonam. ------------- 2023 review: Wonderful kati vasti from pancha karma therapist Neetha. Most days I have aching in my lower back. This therapy completely relieved the discomfort. I plan to schedule a few more since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis of the lumbar region a couple of years ago and this therapy can be nourishing to support the vertebrae.

I'm happy to report that my vocal cord issues (for which the ENT had prescribed surgery) have been completely resolved! I am SO grateful to Ayurveda and to Dr. Amita and Mr. Ramdas (pranic healing therapist) for the excellent care they provided me over the past several months. I am certain that the meditations Amita suggested, combined with the pranic and crystal healing sessions I had with Ramdas, made a huge impact on accelerating my healing. She helped me manage my recurrent eczema a few years ago, and I have not had to use steroid creams since then...when I think about it I can hardly believe it! More recently, she's been helping me with a vocal cord issue that the ENT said could only be resolved through surgery. I'm very hopeful that using her protocols (which are quite easy to follow), I'll be able to avoid surgery altogether and heal my voice naturally. All this to say - Ayurveda works, and Amita is a true healer! ??

Their new space is beautiful! You feel calm upon entering...my practitioner is Om and he has been helping me get healthy from the root cause of everything for a few years, and I only get healthier when I put his practices and supplements to good use. I also get deep tissue massages and energetic work from Su - she does an absolutely amazing job every single time and can immediately identify where my problems are. Like magic! (But science!) I do the cleanses, participate in yoga, and really take it in. The staff and the other practioners are amazing at what they do and I recommened Vedic Health to everyone I meet.
