Dr. Deepa Nagarajan, Hi, my wife was in hospital Emory Johns Creek. She had been to er X times at that point. They did a diagnostic procedure on her which helped but did not resolve all the pain. They wanted to send her home agin without “fixing her”. You were the one who knew she needed to stay. She had second procedure and was back to herself with X pain. We had a difficult time getting appointment for cryo procedure but finally have one dec XX. It is still two weeks away and I don’t know what to do. I took her back to er but they sent her home with three days of pain meds. I am at a loss. I am reaching out to you because you had compassion and professionalism to keep her that night in the er so she could get the help she needed. You saved our lives. I tried to look for your name on Emory portal to write you this but could not find you. If you could just please give email me or give me a call I would appreciate it. I would just like your personal professional opinion on what to do for the next two weeks until procedure. Doing all I can but is not enough. Patient date of birth 2/X/X2.
