Dr. Kumar Subramanian was born and raised in Chennai, a coastal city in Southern India. He attended dental school at the University of Madras and graduated summa cum laude with a BDS. He moved with his family to the United States in 2001, and underwent post-graduate training at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio; receiving a Certificate in Endodontics and Master’s Degree in Dentistry. He was also awarded a Fellowship in Pediatric Dentistry from Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. He is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital and The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. He attends and oversees the trauma clinics at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
